As we mentioned earlier, our services are broken into two parts, the monthly platform access fee and the monthly lead subscription rate.
Our monthly platform access fee is $250 and gets you all available platform features.
Our monthly subscription rate is based your county's population at a maximum rate of $10 per 10,000 people. There is a $100 minimum charge per county.

For example, if your county has a population of 204,000 people, your monthly charge to be the Our Town Appliance Authorized Local Service Provider would be $450:
$250 for the monthly platform access fee and $200 for your monthly lead subscription.
Utilizing our pricing structure, you should always get at least the Diagnostic Charge on your first visit to a house. This is important for maintaining cash flow.
You will find that the labor pricing using our pricing structure will usually fall between $50 to $90 dollars. Let's use $75 as a good average dollar amount for a labor charge.
Using these figures, you will usually walk away with an average of $160 in total labor charges for each completed repair. And obviously, that's not figuring any profit from your part installs.
Let's dig into this a little deeper and look at some numbers. Most appliance service companies charge between $75 to $95 for their initial fee. A few are more. Some are less. Let's use $85 as a good average dollar amount for a Diagnostic Charge.
Let's just keep it super conservative here. Is it so hard to imagine that this program could generate 3-5 calls a week? If you didn't think so you wouldn't still be reading this page.
Imagine 12-20 calls a month being plugged into the figures above.
You're looking at a conservative $1500 to $2800 monthly gross labor profit in that scenario.
After this program has been in place in your area for several months 10-15 calls a week is not unrealistic, at a monthly gross labor profit of $6000 to $9000.
And remember, your monthly cost does not go up as the number of service calls goes up. You are on a flat rate monthly cost!
