Becoming an Our Town Appliance Authorized Local Service Provider (LSP) could be one of the best decisions for the long term growth of your service company that you could make. Read on to see if it might be a good fit for your business. It's not for everyone. It might be for you, though!

We are in an introductory expansion phase currently and are offering reduced introductory rates for the first few months of integration.


What we are offering is truly a no-lose proposition for you. We just need to get reliable servicers who understand our concept and see the future rewards that will be possible with the exclusive territories in the states we are targeting.

Step One

A very significant portion of our calls come from the internet, but we do things differently. We utilize geo-targeted marketing campaigns initially to bring in immediate leads, with the long-term goal of achieving organic search engine ranking growth to move us to prominent positions on the first pages of local appliance repair searches. This approach is slower to achieve results, but once in place is far superior to paid ads on Google and other search engines.

Consumers trust organic search results more than paid ads, and will click those first if the content is appealing. We provide regular content marketing, as well as social media marketing.  Combine that with good reviews once on the site (which we help you achieve) and you have a recipe for long-term growth.

It can take a few months to rise up the search engine rankings, however, so that is why we are using a graduated step approach to enrolling servicers. When the first calls begin trickling in, we need reliable, professional servicers in place to handle the calls, understanding that it will only get better from there.


So, here's the deal:

After going through the Pre-Application Survey Process and doing your (and our) due diligence, if you feel this would be a good fit for your business, then we require a $395.00 deposit at the time of enrollment to hold your exclusive territory rights.

There is a one-time onboarding fee of $500 when a new servicer comes onboard, but as a thank you for being a ground level partner with us, your $395 deposit will completely satisfy the $500 onboarding fee.  When the campaign is live, which could take 30-45 days depending on the variables of your state, then you will be notified of the official start date. (You will be updated before then of the progress.) At that point, the graduated payment plan shown below will be in effect.


If you are entering the program through our three month 1099 trial program, this introductory offer does not apply.  You will enter in the program at the seven month regular pricing rate at the end of the three month trial period if we determine you would be a good fit.  You could also skip the three month trial period and go straight to the introductory pricing schedule if you choose. 



"The Initial Service Company to be authorized for each territory will be guaranteed that their Monthly Subscription Rate will never exceed $10 per 10,000 for the life of your continuous partnership with Our Town Appliance."

This is our way of rewarding the ground level partners of Our Town Appliance with a stable, predictable, low-cost business marketing vehicle that can be reliably budgeted year to year.

As you can see, we are being more than fair in our approach to opening up new territories in the Our Town Appliance Local Service Provider network. It's a win/win, no-lose proposition for the right candidate in each territory.

Step Two
WHY ARE WE DOING THIS?

The graduated payment plan listed for months one through six, includes a Monthly Subscription Rate discount of 25% to 75%.


For example, if your county has a population of 350,000 people, your total monthly investment would be:


Month 1:  $250

Month 2:  $337.50

($250 + $87.50) 

Month 3 & 4:  $425

($250 + $175)

Month 5 & 6:  $512.50

($250 + $262.50)

Month 7 onward:  $600
