PRICING
We have four components to most repairs: the Diagnostic Charge, Parts, Tax, and Labor.
We charge a Diagnostic Charge of $75.00, which includes the trip to your house and an accurate diagnosis.
This is a one-time fee and is due when the diagnosis is given.
At that point, an accurate estimate will be given of the cost to complete the repair.
This will include any parts, tax, and the labor to install the parts or complete the repair.
The parts, tax, and labor are not due until the repair is complete and normal operation verified.
SCHEDULING
We schedule in two-three hour windows for added convenience to you in planning your day.
We offer online scheduling capabilities with phone or text verification and confirmation.
We offer text reminders with the ability to respond.
Below is our Service Request Form where you can input your information to request service on your appliance.
EXAMPLE
Let's just say your front load washer is leaking. At this point, you have some options. You can either give us a call or go online and initiate the service call.
Either way you will be given a two-three hour window within which we will arrive at your house and a phone call when we're en route.
Before your scheduled appointment time you will be given a text reminder, if it's not a same day repair, with the ability to respond in real time.
