WHO IS OUR TOWN APPLIANCE?

Hello, my name is Rodney Casey. I am the owner of Our Town Appliance. I have been in the appliance service industry for almost thirty years, since my father opened his service business in 1986. So many changes to the industry have occurred in these thirty years, but quality service at a fair price should never change.

At Our Town Appliance we source small service companies, some even one-man shops, who believe in quality work at all costs and then help ​them to grow their business.

We have a two-fold purpose at Our Town Appliance. First and foremost, we focus on you, the appliance owner, to make sure as much as we can without being there, that you have an excellent service experience... Professional service ​at a professional price all backed by a warranty you can trust.

​​But we have a warm place in our heart for small business owners.  We also love offering honest, hard-working technicians an alternative to the employer/employee grind.  We are not a franchise, but we do offer some stability in providing service companies a steady base of people searching for the very service they are so good at. That allows them to step out and grow their business the right way.

What Do I Get at Our Town Appliance?

Peace of Mind

Every Our Town Appliance Authorized Local Service Provider must warranty their work. There are no exceptions. There is a minimum three months parts and labor warranty that must be provided. Many provide more. None provide less.

Priority Scheduling

The service calls that come through our system are flagged for same or next day service. Sometimes it is not possible, but they know they must make that a priority in their scheduling.

Superior Communication

Every Our Town Appliance Authorized Local Service Provider is provided with text messaging software upon enrollment. Text reminders are sent out the day before, as well as the morning of service and a call is always made before heading to your house. You can't say you didn't know!

Increased Online Options

You can check for availability on a certain day and time, and book right then​ online if you prefer from any Our Town Appliance Authorized Local Service Provider. We also provide two or three hour arrival windows for convenience in planning your day.

Transparent Upfront Pricing

Every Our Town Appliance Authorized Local Service Provider agrees to apply our pricing structure to each service call that comes through our system. Once you click on the county above, you can see the pricing for your servicer. We do not tell them what to charge, but we do tell them how we want it charged. Each servicer sets their own rate based on their own market.​​ We initially charge a Diagnostic Charge, which is made up of two components: a Travel Fee and a Diagnosis Fee. With that you will have an accurate, guaranteed diagnosis and estimate. Parts, tax and labor are then added in either a flat rate or an hourly rate format depending on the servicer.
